Gemstones are semi-precious to precious stones. They have played different significant roles in the myths and legends of human cultures throughout history. Citrine is a glassy yellow type of quartz. This sparkling gem has said to be a present from the Sun due to its color range and reflection. Citrine is a French word which means Lemon. Well, this name fits this gemstone due to its color range. In primordial times, Citrine was kept as a safety against evil thoughts and snake venom.

Today, on account of its attractive color, durability and affordability, it is one of the top-selling yellow-to-orange gemstones. In the modern market, its most demanded shade is an earthy, deep, reddish or brownish orange.

Citrine is one of the most famous and reasonable gemstones. It is comparatively abundant and available in a wide range of sizes, shapes, shades and colors.

DIAMOND


Diamond is one of the most precious stones available on earth consisting of a clear and usually colorless crystalline form of pure carbon. It is considered the hardest substance on earth.

Since primitive times, diamonds have been loved and desired by both men and women and regarded as the best gift and a sign of eternal love. It was formed one hundred miles beneath the Earth’s surface over a billion years ago, because of its extremely rigid lattice; it can be corrupted by very few kinds of impurities, such as boron and nitrogen.

This rare beauty has a long history of folklores and myths; some of which mention that diamonds were made when bolts of lightning struck rocks, and others state that these gems possess some kind of mystical healing powers.
